How long do withdrawals take to reach my account?
Withdrawals can be submitted directly through the app. Unless otherwise stated, your funds will be transferred to your bank account via bank transfer.

Can I invest in just one bucket?
Absolutely! You may choose to invest in just one bucket — for example, placing all your funds in ARKI Cash if you prefer lower risk.

Are my funds covered by Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC)?
Arki is not a bank, so investments made through Arki are not covered by SDIC. That said, your funds are held separately from Arki Finance’s own assets through trusted licensed custodians. This helps ensure that client assets remain segregated from the company’s assets.
Is my money safe with Arki?
Yes. As a MAS-regulated financial institution, Arki Finance is required to safeguard client monies and assets in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your money is held separately from Arki’s corporate and operational accounts through regulated custodial arrangements. We do not treat client funds as company assets at any time. Clients’ assets are held with licensed custodian and remain ring-fenced from Arki’s own funds.
What happens to my money if Arki Finance stops operating?
Your assets remain separately held with regulated custodians even if Arki Finance ceases operations or undergoes a corporate transaction such as acquisition.
In such situation, Arki Finance and its custodial partners will work to facilitate the orderly return or transfer of client assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
