We saw the same frustration
For many people, saving was the easy part. But when it came to making that money work harder, they were left to figure it out alone. The options often felt confusing, and financial advice did not always reflect their real-life goals and priorities. So most people did the worst thing possible — nothing.
The existing options weren’t enough
Banking solutions did not always meet the needs of everyday investors. DIY platforms were overwhelming. Robo-advisors were generic. Traditional wealth managers were out of reach. None of them started with the question that matters most — what are you actually working towards?
So we built something to solve that

Mr Gerard Lee
With 40 years of experience in asset and wealth management, Gerard serves as Chairman of Arabesque Singapore and a member of Workday's International Advisory Board. The former CEO of Lion Global Investors also held leadership roles at GIC and Temasek earlier in his career.
As a market veteran, he still serves on the investment boards of some government ministries and now guides Arki’s growth using his experience in AI, markets and financial platforms.

Mr Rimmo Jolly
Rimmo Jolly is a financial services executive with 30+ years of leadership spanning public and private investing, brokerage, and insurance. As a Partner at PGV, he has expanded the firm’s insurtech and digital health portfolios, while serving as CSO of Voxology, an AI company redefining patient care.
Previously APAC Head of iShares at BlackRock, with senior roles at Citi and Macquarie, he now brings this cross-sector vision to Arki.

With over three decades immersed in the dynamic arenas of financial management and investment banking, Michael has established himself as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of companies, spanning both publicly listed entities and privately held enterprises.
His proficiency lies in the intricate art of attracting international strategic investors, navigating the complexities of red chip restructuring, orchestrating cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and expertly guiding companies through the process of overseas listings. Now, bringing his wealth of experience and strategic insights, he is offering invaluable guidance to Arki.

Mr Justin Xiao
Justin is a passionate fintech professional with more than 20 years of experience developing, launching, and commercialising new and emerging financial products in the US and Asia. Prior to leading fintech startups Railsr and Solaris’ expansion into Asia, he worked at leading financial institutions Visa and Citi.
Justin was an early champion for embedded finance solutions which democratised access to financial services for fintech, launching innovative products in the region. He supported the launch of virtual accounts with associated prepaid or debit cards for leading crypto exchanges, digital insurance companies and SME neo-banks. He is now leveraging his experience and expertise to foster Arki’s growth and innovation.
