Who is eligible to use Arki?

Arki is currently available to individuals aged 18 and above who hold a valid SingPass account, including:

• Singapore Citizens

• Singapore Permanent Residents (“PRs”)

• Eligible Employment Pass holders residing in Singapore

At this time, we are unable to onboard:

• U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (including Green Card holders)

• Individuals with a U.S. residential or mailing address

• Individuals with U.S. tax residency or a U.S. Taxpayer Identification Number (“TIN”)

• Individuals from jurisdictions restricted under Arki Finance’s internal compliance and AML/CFT policies.

Eligibility requirements may change from time to time due to regulatory or operational considerations.
